Rates
- Individual 50-55 minute session: $185
- Relationship Therapy (2 people): 55-57 minute session $205
- Family Therapy: 55-57 minute session: $220
- Intake/assessment 50-57 minute session: $235
Insurance
We are an out of network provider for all insurance companies. What this means is Tango & Co. can provide you a superbill for you to turn into your insurance company directly for OON reimbursement. Many insurance companies will reimburse anywhere between 10-100%. Just call the number on the back of your card and inquire. You can also use the superbill for your FSA/HSA accounts. If you have any questions about this process, please ask for assistance. If you do want a superbill for your insurance, a diagnosis must given.
Tango & Co. does not accept Medicare at this time. If you utilize Medicare at all, we will need to provide you with an opt out form per state mandate.
Payment
Accepted forms of payment: cash, checks, and Zelle. Preferred method is via Zelle, ericksoncarrie@comcast.net. We also have a lock box in our office suite for you to drop off payments.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 business day hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session. Please let inform us If you are sick day of session or you have an emergency and we can reschedule day of with no charge. If your therapist is sick day or they have an emergency, they will do everything possible to reach out to you asap.

Inquire to see if these spots are open in your initial contact. If your financial situation significantly changes during your therapy journey, please let us know.
