How Sessions Work...

Each session is a dedicated space for you to explore, reflect, and grow. We’ll move at a pace that fits you, sometimes gentle and steady, sometimes deep and challenging. You’ll gain practical skills from evidence-based approaches like Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Therapy, Gottman Methods, and Family Systems. These approaches will all be tailored to your unique experience.

You don’t have to have everything figured out to start. Maybe you just want to unload some thoughts, or need support managing anxiety that interrupts your sleep or focus. Either way, therapy can be a source of clarity, calm and resilience.
